Someway somehow Malaysian rodents love chewing fiber optics. They managed to slip into 19" fiber termination rack & claim their new territorial right away without a fight. They will chew fiber optics pigtails till they manage to make the maintenance fiber optics guy scrambles to find solutions...
How to solve this main key problem?
Try fiber optics patchcords that has metal flexible tube to protect against nasty rodents. It is just like ordinary fiber optics patchcords but the fiber optics is being installed into metal flexible conduit and coated with PVC.
The flexible metal conduit will give extra protection for the fiber optics but at the same time will protect the fiber optics against being chewed by rodents.
This is how end products look like.
There is no doubt on the extra bending radius but it does serve the main purpose to protect fiber optics against rodents inside buildings.

Emergency Fiber Restoration
If you ever need emergency temporary cable solution, this might be it. One end of the fiber drum is terminated with factory polished connectors . The other end terminated with fiber adapters.
Assuming that one fiber drum is a roll of 500 meters and emergency site requirement is 1000 meters apart then you need to have 2 of these fiber drums connecting in series.
See below for emergency fiber optics restoration application..
